- 1/8 tsp Asafoetida powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp All-spice
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp cayenne 1/2 tsp if you prefer more heat
