Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in wet ingredients.
  4. Scoop tablespoonfuls of the dough onto the lined baking sheet (a cookie scoop is the fastest way).
  5. Form into rounded biscuit shapes (flatten slightly with your fingers).
  6. Bake for about 15-18 minutes, until firm and golden. Cool on the baking sheet and feel free to add more stevia and cinnamon to the top of your biscuit for more flavor!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350Ā°F and grease muffin tins.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together sugar with egg until frothy.
  3. Add almond milk, water, Ellyndale Organicsā„¢ Avocado Oil, and vanilla until fully incorporated.
  4. Whisk in Gluten-Free Baking & Pancake Mix until smooth.
  5. Lightly fold in blueberries.
  6. Pour batter into muffin tins until 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes (mine took a full 25 minutes).
  8. Allow muffins to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
