Small group training allows me, as a personal trainer, to work with more people at once and drop my price point to make fitness instruction more affordable. Small group training provides a cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of working with me as a fitness professional at an affordable rate. While small group trainng is not as focused as one on one personal training it’s still more personalized then a large bootcamp.
A fitness boot camp
is a type of large group fitness training program that allows the masses to join a challenging but doable fitness routine. These programs are designed to build strength, stamina, agility, speed and conditioning through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time. Cost is very low but it may not be suitable to people with specific health ailments or medical conditions. A waiver must be signed before every bootcamp.
For clients that prefer a studio or gym environment I offer traditional one on one and small group personal training at Pinebrook Fitness in New Rochelle, NY and Phoenix Fitness (formerly Will2Lose) in Scarsdale, NY.
I work one-on-one with you to plan or implement a fitness regimen that can be implemented at your home. I bring all of the equipment necessary for an effective workout and can help guide you in the purchasing of equipment if necessary. The types of fitness tools I work with include, but aren’t limited to: TRX, kettlebells, Val Sliders, stability balls and exercise tubing. In home personal training is the most personalized fitness service I offer!
