Low Carb and Low FODMAP Cinnamon Almond Biscuits

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in wet ingredients.
  4. Scoop tablespoonfuls of the dough onto the lined baking sheet (a cookie scoop is the fastest way).
  5. Form into rounded biscuit shapes (flatten slightly with your fingers).
  6. Bake for about 15-18 minutes, until firm and golden. Cool on the baking sheet and feel free to add more stevia and cinnamon to the top of your biscuit for more flavor!

Jamaican Style Low FODMAP Rub for IBS Sufferers
In a bowl, stir together all of the ingredients and spoon into a glass spice jar. To use: Brush pork ribs or chicken breasts with your favorite avocado or coconut oil and rub onto the meat-covering evenly.
